We are hiring an analytical and detail-oriented MIS Data Analyst to support our real estate SEO and digital marketing efforts with actionable data insights. The role involves compiling, processing, and analyzing data from multiple platforms including SEO tools, CRM systems, and digital campaigns. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate reports, dashboards, and performance trackers that drive strategic decision-making across marketing and operations.
Key Responsibilities
Collect, validate, and analyze large volumes of data from SEO tools, digital marketing platforms, and internal CRMs.
Create and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards.
Track keyword rankings, organic traffic growth, and technical SEO KPIs.
Support the SEO team by providing data-backed insights to optimize search performance.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and IT teams to streamline reporting processes.
Monitor lead data, campaign performance, and conversion rates from various digital channels.
Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities from historical and real-time data.
Prepare management reports and performance summaries with clear visualizations.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance across all reporting formats.
Assist in automation of regular reporting tasks using Excel macros, Power Query, or BI tools.
Required Skills & Experience
Experience: 2–5 years in MIS/Data Analytics, preferably in a real estate or digital marketing setup.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros), Google Sheets, and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with SEO tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Analytics platforms.
Experience with CRM systems (like Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) and their data structures.
Proficiency in data visualization tools (Google Data Studio, Power BI, or Tableau) is a plus.
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple datasets and prepare actionable insights.
Good communication and report presentation skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Marketing, or a related field.
