Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and professional Quantity Surveyor who is responsible for managing costs, contracts, and financial efficiency throughout a project.Key Responsibilities
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bills of
quantities
- Monitor project costs and keep spending within budget
- Manage contracts, tenders, and procurement
- Conduct valuations and prepare payment certificates
- Track variations, claims, and project progress
- Advise on cost-saving opportunities and financial risks
Required Skills & Experience
- Degree/diploma in Quantity Surveying or Civil
Engineering
- Knowledge of construction contracts and cost management
- Proficiency in cost software and MS Excel
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Good negotiation and communication abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
