Job Description
We are looking for
an experienced store
manager responsible for overseeing daily store
operations, ensuring smooth workflow, maintaining inventory accuracy, driving
sales, and delivering excellent customer service. This role requires strong
leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to manage both people and
processes effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store setup and
presentation
- Manage inventory and stock
levels
- Train and guide staff on
products and customer service
- Coordinate with marketing for
promotions and events
- Ensure compliance with safety,
security, and cash-handling protocols
- Monitor sales performance and
prepare reports
- Recruit and develop team
members
- Suggest workflow and cost
improvements
- Support expansion by
recommending new store locations
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience with retail systems
(ERP, POSM, TALLY)
- Knowledge of inventory,
budgeting, and sales forecasting
- Strong leadership and
communication skills
- Professional handling of
customer queries and complaints
- Ethical approach to financial
and staff management
