We are seeking dynamic and motivated Junior Sales Executives to join our marketing team in Hyderabad. As a Jr. Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and driving revenue through property sales. You will act as the face of the company for our real estate projects and play a key role in building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through various marketing campaigns, digital platforms, site visits, and referrals.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and property trends.
Manage and maintain a database of potential buyers and follow up regularly.
Schedule and conduct property site visits and presentations with prospective buyers.
Clearly explain project features, pricing, and benefits to clients.
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, bookings, and post-sales support.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management.
Participate in promotional events, expos, and real estate fairs.
Provide regular sales reports and updates to the marketing head.
Required Skills & Experience
Experience: 2–3 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Familiarity with the local real estate market in Hyderabad.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
Fluent in English, Telugu, and Hindi (preferred).
