Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Assistant General Manager – Sales to lead and scale our real estate sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-level sales strategies, managing a large sales team, and driving performance across multiple real estate projects. You will work closely with senior leadership to align sales efforts with the company's growth goals and ensure consistent revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and mentor a team of sales managers and executives to achieve organizational sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for residential and commercial real estate projects.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to fine-tune the sales approach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients, brokers, and channel partners.
  • Monitor daily sales performance and provide actionable feedback and training to the team.
  • Ensure adherence to CRM processes, accurate lead management, and timely reporting.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Handle escalated client concerns and support major deal closures.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for top management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, expos, and networking forums.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience: 8–10 years in real estate sales, with at least 3–4 years in a managerial/leadership role.
  • Demonstrated success in leading sales teams and consistently achieving or surpassing revenue targets.
  • Deep understanding of the real estate market, customer behavior, and sales dynamics in Hyderabad and surrounding regions.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in CRM tools, sales analytics, and performance reporting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with strategic thinking capabilities.
