We are looking for an experienced CRM Senior Manager to lead and optimize our customer relationship strategies in the real estate domain. This role involves managing end-to-end customer interactions post-sale, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction, overseeing documentation, coordinating with internal departments, and using CRM tools to streamline operations. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, tech-savvy, and well-versed in managing client lifecycles in real estate.
Experience: 5–7 years of CRM/customer service experience in the real estate sector.
In-depth knowledge of CRM systems (like Salesforce, Zoho CRM, etc.).
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage customer expectations and handle escalations effectively.
Well-versed in real estate documentation, RERA compliance, and legal aspects of sales.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
Proficient in MS Office tools and data reporting.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Customer Relationship Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
Fluency in English and regional languages (Telugu, Hindi) is a plus.
