Job Description

We are looking for an experienced CRM Senior Manager to lead and optimize our customer relationship strategies in the real estate domain. This role involves managing end-to-end customer interactions post-sale, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction, overseeing documentation, coordinating with internal departments, and using CRM tools to streamline operations. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, tech-savvy, and well-versed in managing client lifecycles in real estate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the CRM team in managing the complete customer journey from booking to possession and post-sale services.
  • Ensure timely and accurate handling of customer documentation, agreements, payments, and legal formalities.
  • Manage CRM software and tools to monitor and track customer engagement, queries, and issue resolution.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and prompt issue resolution.
  • Develop and implement processes to enhance customer experience and retention.
  • Coordinate with sales, legal, finance, and project teams to ensure smooth customer operations.
  • Analyze customer feedback and propose strategic improvements in service delivery.
  • Create and present CRM performance reports and customer engagement metrics to senior leadership.
  • Train and mentor junior CRM executives to maintain service standards.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and internal SOPs are followed in all customer dealings.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience: 5–7 years of CRM/customer service experience in the real estate sector.

  • In-depth knowledge of CRM systems (like Salesforce, Zoho CRM, etc.).

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to manage customer expectations and handle escalations effectively.

  • Well-versed in real estate documentation, RERA compliance, and legal aspects of sales.

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and analytical abilities.

  • Proficient in MS Office tools and data reporting.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Customer Relationship Management, or related field; MBA preferred.

  • Fluency in English and regional languages (Telugu, Hindi) is a plus.
