Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and persuasive Telecallers to join our real estate calling team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for contacting potential clients, sharing information about our real estate projects, and generating qualified leads for the sales team. This role requires excellent communication skills, follow-up discipline, and a target-driven mindset to contribute to the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients from the given database.

  • Provide detailed information about ongoing and upcoming real estate projects.

  • Understand customer requirements and pitch relevant projects accordingly.

  • Schedule site visits and follow up with prospects regularly.

  • Maintain and update lead data and call logs in CRM systems.

  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to convert leads into customers.

  • Handle incoming inquiries and provide appropriate information in a timely manner.

  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead generation targets.

  • Handle objections professionally and escalate queries when required.

  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and market awareness.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience: 2–5 years in telecalling, tele-sales, or customer support (preferably in real estate).
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi.
  • Strong convincing skills and a customer-first attitude.
  • Ability to handle rejections and maintain persistence in follow-ups.
  • Good understanding of real estate sales and customer preferences.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and basic MS Office tools.
  • High energy, self-motivated, and result-oriented approach.
  • Graduation in any discipline; formal training in sales or communication is a plus.
