Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Assistant Manager – Marketing to support and execute our real estate marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, branding activities, digital marketing coordination, and campaign execution. You will work closely with the sales and creative teams to boost visibility, drive qualified traffic, and strengthen brand positioning across residential and commercial real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
  • Coordinate with agencies and internal design teams for creatives, brochures, and other marketing collateral.
  • Assist in organizing events, exhibitions, and property launches to promote real estate projects.
  • Monitor digital marketing performance (SEO, PPC, social media) and suggest optimizations.
  • Track lead generation metrics and ensure efficient follow-up processes in coordination with the sales team.
  • Oversee branding activities across hoardings, banners, and print media.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and target customer insights.
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure timely execution of planned activities.
  • Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and ROI analysis.
  • Work on content coordination, video shoot support, and project storytelling initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience: 3–5 years in real estate marketing or similar industry roles.
  • Solid understanding of marketing principles and campaign management.
  • Knowledge of digital tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, and CRM platforms.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in coordinating with creative and external vendors.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and basic design tools is a plus.
